Nice spot in handy location for family getaway Positive: Great location off the Strand and close to everything you need. Easy to access property. Very spacious and comfortable, not cramped at all for 6 people. Plenty storage space and utensils in the kitchen too. Bathrooms were clean, modern and stocked with towels. Negative: There was little crawling bugs around the sink area. It was very hot in the apartment when we arrived, even with thermostats turned down to 12°c it was still very warm. No handrail on the stairs.

Great spot to be in London! Positive: Great locations. Lovely spacious apartment, good amount of space for out family. Negative: Just a few small changes would’ve improved our stay, such as better quality bedding, more toiletries/toilet paper, a working heated towel rack.

Great location in Central London! Positive: We chose this place because of the location and it was FANTASTIC for seeing so much of London and being right in the thick of things. Especially with kids (12, 10, 6) which meant we could return easily for a rest if needed and STILL go back out for more because it's right on our doorstep. There was plenty of room for our family of five, and the fans were helpful to keep us cool in the night. And even though it's right in the thick of it, it's still quiet at night. Negative: We always appreciate it when places come with basic kitchen necessities like salt and pepper, oils, etc, but not a huge deal as there is a Sainsbury's local just around the corner for these things.
